Wedding Cake Art and Design Center

Kory came recommended from a friend and really impressed us at the initial meeting. He really understood what we wanted. At the reception the very first thing I saw was the cake. It took my breath away. It was more beautiful then anything I could have imagined. We both agreed it was exactly what we wanted. As gorgeous as it was, that could not compare to how good it tasted. I would not let them pull it away to cut and serve because I kept wanting to eat a little more. We absolutely loved everything about that cake. It was perfect!

We received many favorable comments on the excellent taste of the cake which had a fondant icing and two different types of layers and fillings. We found Kory Rollison most willing to work with ideas from our florist and the person who designed our invitations. Her designs were incorporated into the cake's decorative design. This vendor made the cake for our 250 person wedding. The taste and appearance of the cake was stunning. Add to that, Kory went out of his way to accomodate changes in our plans and did a really awesome job. Until now, my great grandmother was the best baker I knew (and she was really good!!) But one taste of Kory's cake changed everything! Now I love cake, but I just never knew it to be possible to taste THAT good! And the fondant? Don't be afraid to try it with Kory, I tasted that too and it was like an edible playdough that actually tasted good!
