Third Coast Steel

This band was the only disappointment of my entire wedding. We had a difficult time negotiating the price of service, only because I was asking them to play outside for the ceremony then move inside to play during dinner. Then we negotiated that they play our exit song after the ceremony and they didn't! So there was the "May I present Mr. and Mrs." moment and absolutely NO music. We walked out with silence. Then they claimed that they never confirmed they would play the song. During the cocktail hour they played beautiful carribean music that everyone enjoyed, so I have to give them props for that. As requested, the solo steel drum pan came in to play while people entered the reception hall. He was CONTRACTED to play all through dinner, but didn't. Once he received payment he stopped playing!! Stephen was rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty to my family members. He complained that he never got to meet me...sorry, Stephen, I was a little busy greating my guests and enjoying my wedding day. Please, please, please DO NOT hire these guys to play at your venue.
