The Wedding Shoppe was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. This shoppe looks small but definitely give all the dresses a good look because they have a lot of great dresses to choose from and the seamstress was willing to come right out and talk to me about my dress before I even bought it! I also bought my jewelry at this store and every appointment we had was the same experience. You also will get to browse the dresses yourself and pull anything off the rack that you want to try on. I definitely recommend this place!!

This was the first place I went to when I started my wedding dress search. I found my dress that day but didn't commit right away. Every time I went back they were great. When my dress come in I decided to have it altered there as well. It was a size 10 and by the time the wedding was here I was a 4. It fit perfectly, every alterations appointment was great. I had so many comments on the dress. The bustle was my favorite part of the dress, it looked amazing.

I got my wedding dress from the wedding shoppe and it was beautiful! Everyone loved my dress, it fit so well and the alterations were perfect. They have a great selection of gowns.

I purchased my wedding gown, veil, and hair comb from the wedding shoppe and couldn't have been happier with the service. The appointments are personal and they really help you find exactly what you're looking for. It was nice to have a place where every dress in the store was in my price range (under $2000). I also had my alternations completed in the store and they turned out perfectly. Michelle was able to fit the dress as if it'd been made for me and create a beautiful bustle. Love love!

I loved this place! I bought a belt to add to my dress and that made my dress PERFECT! They were so friendly~ I also bought a few tank tops for myself to wear to my Bachelorette party and the day we got married!

WOW! These people know what they are doing! My dress was one of a kind and was absolutely stunning the day of my wedding. All of the dresses they carried were so different than what I had seen in other salons. I went in several times for accessories and had a unique hairpiece custom made which truly complemented the look I was going for. I ended up with my veil and jewelry for great prices too! Actually, I could't believe how inexpensive everything was and I felt like I looked like I had spent 10x more...All of the ladies that helped me were super nice to work with. I went in without an appointment and tried on a few dresses on my way to another salon. I found a dress I liked and when I asked to make an appointment for later that day to show everyone I was meeting at the next salon, the girl gave me a look like they were booked and before she could speak, the owner said they absolutely could fit me in. I'm so glad she did because I bought the dress I had in mind that day. All the way through I received excellent service especially with their seamstress - she was AMAZING! Thank you so much ladies for making me feel like every bride should on their wedding day!

My dress was absolutely beautiful and the service I received at the Shoppe was incredible. The seamstress, Michele, made me look phenomenal and all the gals were always attentive and had me laughing.. I couldn't say enough great things about this place!

The Wedding Shoppe was such a great company to work with. They know their inventory and was able to pull out dresses that satisfy both me and my mom. They kept in contact when the manufacture was late mailing the dresses. I chose my bridesmaid's dresses through them. Wonderful idea because their dresses matched mine in both design, and type of materials. I highly recommend brides in the Detroit area to give the Wedding Shoppe a try. It was not very expense but I looked like I had on a $5,000 dress!

The wedding Shoppe was a wonderful wedding boutique - it is cozy and romantic and they are very accommodating! When compared to a place like David's Bridal - which to me is chaotic and crazy and rushed, the Wedding Shoppe has a very relaxed atmosphere - which is much needed while planning your wedding! its just a nice place to be and the ladies make you feel very welcome. I visited many wedding shop's when shopping for my dress and I knew the Wedding Shoppe was going to be "the one" after my first visit. I highly recommend them on their quality of work, prices and service. A good example of their willingness and talent for dealing with crazy brides - is that when I ordered my dress - they recommended a size that was much bigger than I anticipated because I have a fuller bust. Well, a few days later I had a melt down- I was convinced that they were wrong about the dress size SO, I called the store, they put me on the line with the seamstress. She explained very calmly and in great detail why I needed a larger size. This call took 20 minutes - which I'm sure put her way behind schedule for the day - all so that I had peace of mind on my dress. To me, that is extraordinary service.

The Wedding Shoppe has a gorgeous selection of gowns that were finally something different from all of the other bridal salons. The gown I chose was so gorgeous and unique. The customer service from each and every person I worked with could not be beat! They were sweet and helpful and almost all of them even knew me by name after my first visit. :)

I absolutely loved my experience at The Wedding Shoppe. I recommend them to any future bride. They have a unique selection and had dresses that were not the typical ones you see in other bridal shops. I had been shopping and The Wedding Shoppe was my last stop. I was nervous going into the store because they did not have their wedding dresses or designers online. I thought it was going to be super expensive but I was wrong. It fit right into my budget. I was greeted so warmly and they just picked out dresses for me. Every single one looked good on me (best I ever felt in a wedding dress because I'm curvy) but I found the one. Alterations was great and Michelle even helped alter my mom's dress for the wedding. They helped pick out jewelry for me, which was a bit pricey but I really loved the store and what they picked out for me that it was all worth it. After my wedding I had to take my dress in to get preserved. They remembered me! It had been 6 or 7 months before I took it in and I just was taken back that they remembered me. The company they use is awesome and quick, I couldn't believe how fast they were!Awesome place for wedding dresses, jewelry, accessories, shoes....it was a great experience! I highly recommend them!

I purchased my dress from a different location however The Wedding Shoppe did some PHENOMENAL alterations to it as well as created a rhinestone belt which went all the way around the dress sitting just below the bust. It was originally a bracelet which they recreated into a belt. It was PERFECT and exactly what I was looking for! I made several changes of my own to the dress and the alterations were so amazingly executed I absolutely LOVED my dress and have the expertise of the wedding shoppe to thank for that. They are friendly, professional and welcoming.

I love these ladies. They made a bad experience dress shopping at David's Bridal into an incredible experience when I was in their shop getting it altered. Fifi, not her real name, but her nickname, the alternations lady, is amazing. She did such a good job on my fit. The ladies are so nice, so friendly, so accomodating. My bridesmaids and I were in such a rush for the rehersal dinner that we had to pick up our dresses and rush there, they even let us change in their rooms because we were still in street clothes from running around all day. They tell you what looks good, not what you want to hear which is a pleasant surprise. Plus, they really take the time to teach the people that are helping you how to bustle and do all that good stuff.Great shop, amazing people, highly recommended.

I loved working with the wedding shoppe. everyone was so sweet. they took care of my dress until the day. the alterations were great, couldnt be happier. amazing selection of accessories. i purchased my hair pin, veil, and some cute "taken" boxers for my groom :) i would recommend the wedding shoppe to everyone!

I found the Wedding Shoppe after buying my dress elsewhere and having a horrible experience (Moni's Bridal -don't go there). I went in someone gunshy, but ended up a very happy bride. The owner Michelle, and the seamstress Michelle could not have been more pleasant to work with. My dress was altered perfectly, the fittings were flawless and Michelle (seamstress) is just a delight to work with. I received endless compliments on the fit and style of the dress and could not have been happier with everyone at the Wedding Shoppe. Would recommend them to anyone out there looking for someone to trust with your special dress!

They special ordered my tiara for me. Best price around, extremely friendly, and awesome shop! I loved all of their accessories from purses to slippers, wedding shoes, outfits, cake knives... I had shopped for cake knives for a long time and went through tons and tons of web pages to find exactly what I wanted. When I went to pick up my tiara, never having been there before, they had my cake knife there. I'm very picky and I found more than what I was looking for there. I have champagne taste and they had everything to offer for it with a fair price tag attached to it. You must go there. They are the king of wedding accessories from ring bearer pillows, unity candles, flower girl items, garters, wedding panties... "The Mrs." outfits, which I loved....

Upon arriving in The Wedding Shoppe my mom and I knew this was the place to find my gown. The shoppe is so cozy and beautifully decorated it felt like we were meant to shop there. The Bridal Consultants were the best we had experienced and treated me like I was their favorite Bride. The Bridal Gown selection was and continues to be the best selection in Metro Detroit, so much so, that my sister and my cousins have purchased their wedding gowns from The Wedding Shoppe too. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.
