My daughter has a peanut allergy and Rhonda and her staff took all precautions to make her wedding cake not only delicious but spectacular. All 5 layers were of different flavors, and feedback from the guests was fantastic that not only was the cake beautiful but unbeliveably delicious. Rhonda freehandly added the roses that my daughter had requested to enhance her cake and it was artistically done. I would highly recommend Tasty Layers for flavor, professionalism and enthusiam about my daughter's wedding cake.

You ladies did a wonderful job. The cakes and cupcakes looked beautiful and tasted wonderful! The pricing was perfect!!!! You always e-mailed me back and worked with me on the design. Rhonda and her assistants did a wonderful job for my wedding cake! The replicated the photo that I gave them very well and everyone complimented how beautiful the cake looked all day. I also loved her flavors-I wanted a variety of flavors other than just chocolate and vanilla and she really hit the mark here. The butter pecan with caramel was amazing. Also, the icing was just perfect. My fiance is an icing snob, and he loved it. Her cakes were the only ones that we tried and my fiance was dead set on having one of Rhonda's yummy cakes the day we visited her store. In addition, Rhonda was willing to make a fondant cat for us that looked like our pet cat. It was so cute and accurate, better than I could have expected. They even painted silver on it so that it have a bit of a shine to it's "coat." Also, the prices were excellent. I believe they've increased since I booked with her, but I would be willing to pay more for what she delivered! I loved everything about the cake and service and would go to Rhonda again if I were even in need of a fabulous cake!

Tasty Layers did an amazing job. We had a cupcake tower with a smaller cake on top, and a poker table grooms cake and they both turned out amazing! Would highly recommend them! Thank you for the fabulous job!

Working with Tasty Layers was a great experience, the staff was very helpful when designing my cake, I went in not knowing how or what I wanted my cake to look like and they made both me and my fiance feel at ease and helped us design the perfect wedding cake! The cake was VERY delicious and the guests at the wedding LOVED it! They kept asking where we got the cake from. I would definatly recommend Tasty Layers to any bride planning their big day!

:) Rhonda and Cory were wonderful to work with. Our wedding cake was beautiful and we received so many compliments on the presentation, quality, and taste of our cake. We had a 4 tier center with cascading layers (total of 12 cakes) and we live out of state. In spite of all that they kept speedy and constant contact with us so on our day we got exactly what we wanted. You will not find a better tasting cake in MI and the price was excellent too.Tasty Layers comes highly recommended by Mr. and Mrs. Damiann Hopkins-Ford, married March 28, 2010.

Cake was soooo delicious...everyone loved it! (They never expected cake that tasted like a Reses Peanut Butter Cup or a Mounds bar~but they ate almost all of it!) Design was exactly what I pictured in my mind! Great place to get a cake, or even delicious cupcakes!!!

What set Tasty Layers apart was the pure deliciousness of the cake. Not only can she do beautiful things with cakes, but they tasted amazing. There were so many combinations of cake/frosting/filling that it was almost frustrating to try to choose because they were all so good. She did her best to accommodate any ideas that we had, but in the end we just trusted her judgment because we knew she would do something beautiful, and she definitely did. Her assistant set up the cake the day of the wedding and also did an amazing job with the greens and candles we left for her. I would definitely recommend Tasty Layers.

We can't say enough about how wonderful Rhonda was to work with. She listened to our ideas and created a cake that perfectly captured what we had pictured in our heads. The detail work was fabulous and the taste was incredible! We had orange with coconut filling and French vanilla with raspberry filling for the bride's cake and carrot with apple filling for the groom's cake. All three got rave reviews from our guests. We would definitely recommend Rhonda and Tasty Layers to anyone looking for someone to make their special occasion cake. She will make your vision come to delicious life!

Rhonda was GREAT to work with. The cakes were delicious, beautiful, and you can't beat the prices. When I initially was planning my wedding I was figuring around 180 would be at the wedding. When I gave Rhonda my final count 2 weeks before the wedding that number was substantially less at 100 people. Instead of Rhonda making me a cake that was going to be obviously too large for the amount of people she advised me to downscale the cake. I was so appreciative of this as I know others would have said nothing in order to make more money. If i ever need a cake again, I know where I am going!

Tasty Layers recently did the cake for my wedding in November. Rhonda is extremely professional and patient, which helps when there are multiple opinions involved! Rhonda met with us twice and came up with a design that reflected both mine and my husband?s personal tastes. The cake way exceeded our expectations ? it was absolutely gorgeous! The hand-work was so precise that the cake not only looked beautiful from a distance, but it was flawless up close as well. In addition, we received many comments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the cake; most people ended up having two servings because it was so delicious! Thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond!
