ROCHESTER LIMOUSINE

Loved our limo!! Our driver Dennis was absolutly fantastic! I realized we had forgotten to get ice for our coolers the morning of the wedding. Dennis went and got ice and filled our coolers during the ceremony! The limo was clean and Dennis didn't seem to have any problems getting anywhere we wanted to go. I will use Rochester Limo if I ever need transportation services again!!

Overall, we really enjoyed our limos. We rented two black stretch Lincoln limos and they were so beautiful and classy. One limo picked up the groomsmen and one limo picked up the bridesmaids. After the wedding we took pictures at the park and the limo drivers waited while we took photos, we had food trays outside the limos which was so nice because everyone was starving. Rochester Limousine supplied us with beautiful trays from Papa Joes and wine! This helped us to relax and have fun!

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Air conditioning didn't work and the high was only 86* the day of our limo rental. Parts were missing off of the limo; didn't look appealing at all. Driver smoked around all of us to include young children when loading items in the limo. Tried to contact management more than twice over the phone about issues. Never received a call back until I sent an e-mail describing above. Female manager called back shifting all the blame on me and the above was not a problem, in her eyes. Smoking is apparently acceptable and is okay to do so "as long as cigarette is not in her mouth". Not that it matters, but it was indeed in her mouth. A company that doesn't accept responsibility for anything at all is a company to stay away from--food for thought.

On Feb 5th / 2011 I had a wedding limousine through Rochester Limousine. We rented the BIG 220" Excursion. I was a tad nervous with the nasty weather. The limo driver Walt called us two hours before my pickup. He left me a voice mail stating he will be early with the snow falling. He showed up with a clean car.( outside ) Had NO idea how he pulled that off? It was snowing. TRUST this company!!!! 100 percent happy with the service. We will use you again. Sandi C.

Perfect. We didn't need much but he was all we needed and ready to be more. He reminded us that we were off our timeline and should probably get to the reception. He was right! Couldn't have needed anything more!

We used Rochester Limousine for our bachelorette party and our wedding and we were so impressed with their level of service! They took very good care of us, making sure that everything went smooth. I would recommend them to anyone getting married and in need of transportation.

Rochestor Limo was great to work with. They worked with us on pricing, which set them apart from the other companies we were considering. They arranged a limo pickup for us after the reception seperate from the bus we used during the day. Overall great experience and decent value.

Rochester Limousine was great ti work with. They were on time at both locations for my weddng day and at the end of the night. The limo was clean and they had all sizes to accomadate any wedding party size. I would reccommend them to anyone.
