We went to the Northville location, however, it seemed Garden City was their main location because the rings had to be mailed from Garden City to Northville after they arrived and had to go there to be sautered. We ordered our rings a little bit at the last minute (about 5 weeks before the wedding). However, they made sure that we had them. They weren't sure my husband's ring would arrive on time (it did, the day before the wedding) but they had 3 back-ups available. The rings were also very affordable. My engagement ring was nearly impossible to find a match for and I was sure I would have to go the custom-made route. However, they carry a line called Destiny that fit it perfectly. They mentioned that this line seems to fit any hard to match engagement ring. My ring only cost $730(14K white gold, 0.25ctw channel-set diamonds) and my husbands ring cost about $900 (14k white gold).

I love my ring!!!! I am having problems with the diamond staying tight. I've had to take in several times to get it tightened. Joann is always helpful and a very sweet lady.

My husband's band is tungsten carbide by Artcarved purchased at Orin Jewelers in Northville, MI. Orin is OK, our jeweler seems like she is uncomfortable talking to people and every time she called us her messages were full of “ums” and the like.
