We worked with one of the Matt Prentice team members who work through Crowne Plaza Novi. She was more then helpful. In fact in after we booked wedding and picked package the catering service changed to matt prentice group. Our banquet coordinate stepped up and helped accommodate us to come up with a custom package that suited our needs. Beyond the service, the Food was great.
