Lavdas Limo

I used Lavdas for a Bachelorette party and they were late picking us up. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at the company either. They finally came and dropped us off at our first location, when we were ready to leave we called our driver and he didnt answer for about 45 minutes. We paid up front for 7 hours of service and got about 4.5 hours of service. The company didnt want to give us any money back but offered us 3 free hours of their service again. I would not recommend this company, I will never use them again.

We used Lavdas on our wedding day for transportation for the wedding party and also for shuttle service to and from the hotel and reception. We could not be happier. For the wedding party we had the white Excursion limo and it was perfect, we had 12 adults in the limo and we all fit comfortably. You could probably fit 16 people comfortably, more than that may be tighter. The service was great though, the driver was on time and friendly and professional. The shuttle bus also was great, it was clean and the driver was also friendly and professional. The prices were great, we really shopped around for limo companies and Lavdas was by far the most reasonable for what you are getting. We would definitely recommend them!

I used Lavdas for my big day in August of 2011. It arrived in the morning to take us girls to the salon, church later and reception last. The driver seemed to be in a bad mood and complained that he had to be working so early.... Lavdas also never told me that they changed my limo. I had reserved an 18 passenger and received a 35 passeneger because my original limo was broke. We got to all of our destinations but it was weird when he said he couldn't shut off the bus because he was afraid it maight not start back up! Everything was great but they aren't the highest of quality.

Lavdas had the best price around. I also chose them because I received a discount based on using the chapel affiliated with their company. Everything was fine until the day of my wedding when the did not show up to my house to pick me up. The only reason I didn't lose my mind is because I had my planner there to keep me cool. She tried to get me a discount instead they gave me extra time, so I guess it was okay.

We had a great experience with Lavdas, from booking our H2, to the wedding day, to the pick up at 1am- everything was perfect. The office staff was very helpful and worked out a deal to get us a limo to bring us home at the end of the night. Our first driver arrived early, knew exactly where he needed to be and when, and even picked up our pre-ordered party sub platter from Jimmy Johns for us! He knew exactly where we wanted to go after the ceremony for pictures, and was flexible when we made changes to the plans! The 1am driver was also early, helped us to carry all of our stuff to the car, and in to our house. Both limos were very clean and just what we ordered. Overall a great experience!

Overall a decent vendor. The driver was professional, but we were frustrated because he wasn't from this area and didn't know where anything was. It would be a much better experience if the limo company would assign drivers to jobs in areas that they are very familiar. There was supposed to be a red carpet, but I never saw it. Also, we rented a Dodge Charger limo and according to the limo company, regulatory agencies set the capacity, not them. So if the vehicle is listed as seating 10-12 passengers (presumably in the back and not including the front seat), you should figure that you are getting in about 8 or 9 people including the bride and groom. That was true for us, and there is no way you will be fitting in 10-12 normal sized people in the back of a Dodge Charger limo. My advice is to book up no matter what kind of vehicle you reserve.

I would NOT use this company, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I had a friend tell me this company stranded them downtown one night and their service for our wedding was terrible. They were late picking us up because their "bus broke down", they sent a smaller limo that didnt fit our wedding party and offered us nothing in return! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We were completely satisfied with our services from Lavda's. We rented a bus as we had 18 people in our wedding party. The driver was very courteous and professional. The bus was very clean.
