JR Charter Service

We booked JR Charter Service for our transportation on our wedding. We were very pleased. Our driver, Roy, was awesome. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. He even helped us carry in and set up some of our reception decor without being asked; he said since he was waiting until we were ready to go, he wanted to help as much as he could. He was such a great guy (and believe me, he got a nice additional tip for helping us!) My only complaint with the service was that I realized my credit card had not been run through 3 weeks before the wedding, and when I called, the receptionist did not know who I was, but luckily my contact called me back and we were squared away. Aside from that one glitch, everything was fantastic!
