I loved having my reception here! We had sooo many guests tell us that it was the best wedding reception they'd been to. The staff at both the hotel and banquet center were Awesome, and very accomodating! We also had several guests who stayed at the hotel mention how they were impressed with the service. Sophie is great and very flexible, however, make sure you are told how much tax and gratuity will be so you can calculate that in....we were told the week before the wedding that we owed $7000 more than we planned because of tax and gratuity. I was under the impression (because I asked when we booked) that tax and gratuity were included. My suggestion, get everything in writing! This was a great place to have a reception, very elegant!
