My new husband and I truly enjoyed having Hilary photograph our special day. We met with her prior to our event to discuss what our hopes and vision for the day was and she did an awesome job really hearing us- and delivering! We are so pleased with her work, she was all over the place at our reception, getting great candid shots of our guests enjoying themselves. She was able to capture beautifully special moments during our ceremony, and took great family and wedding party portraits we will absolutely cherish! She was easy going and super friendly, as well as creative and artful with her choice of shots, and her packages/pricing were well worth it! We will hopefully have a few more opportunities to use her again for special events in our long journey together!

Hilary is truly a professional. She takes AMAZING and breath taking photo's! Her prices will fit almost any budget, and she is so easy to work with. Everyone at our wedding called her the 'Ninja' because she was EVERYWHERE! She got the emotional pictures that bring tears to your eyes, and all the candid fun shots. We could not have asked for anything more perfect! When we were tired of smiling, she made us laugh. Most of our pictures we are smiling or laughing and having a great time. There are of course the few shots of the pressed lips of trying not to cry. Every picture is a fantastic memory. If you want breath-taking-tear-jerker-memories call Hilary!

Hilary was an amazing photography! I was so happy and pleased with her and her work. The second I met her, I knew that I wanted her to be my photographer. Her passion for photography is obvious. She photographed my rehearsal dinner and my wedding day. The pictures turned out amazing. The pictures she took tell the entire story on those days and I will cherish them forever. I just got my photobook and I could not be happier. It looks amazing!

Hilary was exactly the photographer we were looking for: easy to work with, professional & a great photographer. She gave us beautiful photos, many of which were moments we missed because we were so busy being the bride & groom. I consider myself a difficult person to photograph, and yet she seemed to capture enough photos to put together an album of great photos of the two of us. We're lucky to have found Hilary!

Looking at her photos after our wedding was incredible. There were so many details of expression and color and joy that I am so grateful to have photos that bring back the vivid beauty of that day. I've hired Hilary Nichols to photograph multiple events and portraits, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. She was the photographer at my sister's wedding and at my wedding. I was so impressed that I recommended her as the photographer for an Amnesty International reception honoring an important human rights activist, which she shot beautifully. Her skill and experience in capturing honest moments through candid shots translates perfectly to portraiture of children and families. I was astounded by the quality of the photos she was able to get of my nephews, each of whom I hired her to photograph when they turned one. These boys never stopped moving, but that did not prevent Hilary from getting a set of gorgeous photos that immortalize their spirits at that sweet age. After that experience I hired her to shoot a friend's family as a gift. A quick look around my house reveals no less than 9 handsome photographs by Hilary hanging on my walls! What makes Hilary really exceptional, though, is that all of this talent comes in the form of such an easygoing pleasant person who is an absolute joy to work with (and do business with -- her prices are better than anyone else that offers this level of skill and experience, and she lets the client own the proofs!). She is always my first choice when I need a photographer.

Working with Hilary was a dream and the results better than I could have imagined. With her relaxed manner, each shot came out looking natural and she really captured the essence of the day. Her use of light seems effortless but look incredible!

Hilary is by far the most talented artist and photographer we have ever had the privilege to work with - engagement photos, wedding, prenatal, and postnatal were all amazing, and her ability to capture a moment and an experience with her camera will be treasured for a lifetime.

Hilary was a joy to work with. Her photos not only were beautiful, but they also captured the 'feel' of our wedding. We worked with two Photographers for our wedding, Hilary and this somewhat famous very expensive other photographer (whom my mother brought in!!). We ended up tossing all of his photos and brought Hilary in to do some 'reshoots', because her shots were so much better than his. Since then, she has photographed several of my friend's weddings. They are all amazing. Her photos belong in magazines- they are that beautiful.
