Dream Limousines

Limo companies always make me nervous. I keep reading horrible reviews from other limo companies and finally decided to book with Dream after their awesome customer service on the telephone. The driver showed up about 20 minutes early then expected. We got the Coach 3 and it had champagne and glasses waiting for us on board. The driver was good and very nice. They did not disappoint. I will use Dream again for other events!

Dream limousines was a great company to work with. When the vehicle showed up it was clean and looked just like the picture on their site. I would recommend them to my friends. Good price too.

Very good limo company! We took longer than expected at the church, and were unable to make it to the place we planned to go for pictures before the reception. The driver was amazing! We mentioned our second choice option and he informed us that he was just there the day before and they are requiring permits to take pictures at that particular park. I apprecaite him telling us instead of us getting there and having to go find somewhere else. I believe our drivers name was Sal and he was great!!!

We used Dream Limousine for my sister's Bachelorette party in July 2010, and they were amazing! What great service and price; and our driver (Dan) was a sweetheart! I had book a party bus (Coach 1) in February '10 with no problems for 30 people (my sister had invited 35). After I sent out the invitations and started receiving responses I realized the bus was going to be way to big for us, I called them a month before the event to see if I could switch to a smaller size party bus. They still had the Excursion available and allowed me to transfer my deposit! Which was beautiful and worked perfect for us! Driver Dan called me to tell me he would be there in 15 minutes, and arrived perfectly on time. He even loaded our cooler in the limo for us! Dan was readily available when I called him to take us to another bar! Obviously we had a great experience because I remember the drivers name and its been 9 months since we used them! The only issue I really had, which was not a big deal, was I called the week before to pay off our remaining balance so I would not have to deal with payment the day of; and the company never called me back. Like I said, it was not a big deal, I just paid Dan the day of and we were ready to go! I would definitely recommend their service and would have used them in a heart beat for our wedding if they had the specific vehicle we were looking for (which I wish they had because we had a negative experience with Entertainment Express... do not use them - Use Dream Limousine!!!)

I reserved a 20 passenger Excursion because I wanted a Ford product. What showed up was an 18 passenger Hummer, not a Ford or 20 passenger. The "18" passenger thing is impossible though because instead of having one back seat like most limos, it had two back rows. With dresses on....you can't fit more than 1 person back there. Needless to say, we had to kick out my MOH's husband and the two photographers. I got SOME money back (not enough if you ask me) and a credit valid for the next year (which I doubt I'll use). The Hummer was supposed to be an upgrade but fancy lights don't quite do the trick when you need the extra space. The driver service was fine, it was the office support that...

Offered a great service for the cost. Only company that worked with us to get what we wanted and needed for the size of our wedding party.

Have to say this was the biggest disappointment of the whole day. After confirming 2 days prior and placing money down for deposit, the bus that we rented for after the ceremony to take us to reception never showed up at the church. Waited over 2 hours for a bus to arrive at the church in the cold. 30 people were forced into a very small house while waiting for a bus to arrive. No apologies were ever given to us. Needless to say, we did not have to pay for this service, rightfully so. I would like to say this was a fluke, but this was the first and only service that will ever be done with this company.
