The food was wonderful, all of my guests were satisfied with the food. The caterers even offered to cut our cake for us so we didn't have to do it ourself.

Food was great. Very decent value for the price. Hall is very attractive.

They were awesome. They got there in plenty of time to set up. They were very professional. The food was a little cold. They supplied all table linens at my reception site, including tableclothes, table skirting, napkins, chair covers and sashes. It looked beautiful!

The food, service, and cost is excellent! VERY professional and organized! I recommend for anyone to have Cranks cater! The caterer the day and night of our wedding, went above and beyond! Our guests cannot stop talking about how great the food was that night!

I was personally disappointed when we were working with the office staff before the actual day. They were difficult to get in touch with and could not always answer our questions. We did not have our taste test until about two months before our wedding and it was horrible. We had no choice of caterer due to our venue selection. However, the staff on the day of our wedding was AMAZING. They literally could not have been better. They took care of everything and went above and beyond what we expected. The food was PERFECT the day of the wedding. People still tell us it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. Despite the fact that the office staff was difficult to deal with, I would still recommend Cranks's because their day of service is better than I could have imagined.

We had the reception at Stony Creek Metropark. The location is beautiful and everyone complemented the food. The one thing that we were very disappointed about were the bathrooms. We had been to a wedding at this location a couple of years ago and the bathrooms were in a nice trailer with regular toilets and sinks. For some reason they now have porta-johns on the premises. This was very much a surprise to me and my husband. We knew they had made changes, but we thought the changes were suppose to be for the better. This is one area that they need to do a better job at.

We had Crank's prepare the food for our reception.We loved how inexpensive everything turned out to be and how the flavor was consistent in all the different food types.Everything worked out smoothly we picked everything up and started the meal when everything was still warm.

Fantastic service by everyone at Cranks.The whole staff made it a pleasant experience.We still get compliments about the food and service!Thank you Cranks and hope to work with you again!

I had my wedding at "Cranks by the Lake" and apparently not many of the office workers have ever been out there or know much about it, therefore were not very helpful with questions. Once I talked with my site coordinator it was much better. The food was fantasic! Everyone raved about how good the food was and not just for a wedding! It was right next to Lake Stoney so it was beautiful scenery. I didn't stress about much when I finally got there, but planning it was a little stressful.

The food was really good...we had an outdoor wedding an chose a BBQ style.....with beef/chicken Kabobs etc.....the quailty of the food was excellent many people commented on how good the food was....
