Kim handled all my sisters questions the entire time very well. Was patient and even showed my BM how to do their eyes from now on. She asked what type of look everyone was going for and made it happen. Everyone is still commenting about how fantastic my one bridesmaid looked. She event commented about how she looked better than she did in her own wedding! Kim also handled the fact I cut off my hair two months before my wedding very well and was ready to go!

The professionals were quiet, kept on track, redid or added if we were notpleased, and even reminded us to order lunch before we left to go to the churchin the limo. It went very well--from the mother of the bride to one shy 12 year old . three bridesmaids and our bride, of course.

This was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. Bridal Beauty came to our venue and did all our hair and makeup - no need to worry about driving and parking somewhere and then getting stuck in traffic. They did a great job - the Ladies all looked spectacular!

I didn't have my makeup done but I did have 2 girls come to do my hair and the bridesmaids hair and everyone looked amazing. Including my mom and my mother in law. And most importantly everyone was really happy with how they looked. And all of our hair held up all night.

Bridal Beauty was awesome! While they are a bit pricey, it is so convenient to have hair and makeup services come right to your door! Sylvia, the services coordinator, was very easy to contact and quite prompt with any changes we wished to make in our plans. Our stylist for the Day, Kim, was awesome! It was positively shocking how quickly and professionally she did hair for myself and my four bridesmaids. I honestly expected to sit in the chair for hours, and it only took about an hour for each of us! Kim was also very responsive when my maid of honor was not "thrilled" with her hairstyle. Kim redid the updo right then and there! Talk about great service! The end product was great! Myself and all my ladies looked AMAZING! :)I highly recommend Bridal Beauty. Call and book with them TODAY!

I really wanted to be able to have the hair done on location so that the party could just relax and not worry about timing as much during the day. So we used the traveling stylists from Bridal Beauty who came to our ceremony site. They were perfectly on time! It was exactly how I expected, fun and stress free! The first girl to go did not feel very happy about her hair but thankfully Amanda was amazing and we had planned plenty of time and it was able to be completely changed and turned out great! The cost was a bit high since some of the styles were pretty simple (especially my Grandma who has incredibly short hair) but the traveling aspect of the company was amazing! Thanks for your help, Amanda!

Bridal beauty on-location was amazing. In addition to providing high quality, professional beauty services, they are very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them to any bride. They will make sure you look exactly how you would like on your wedding day. Trials are a definite must, and they'll even take photos so they can replicate the look on your wedding day!

While the ladies at Bridal Beauty are nice enough, I would not recommend them to anyone. First of all, Sylvia- she couldn't understand simple math when I was trying to get my deposit back (more on that later). Second, I was really unhappy with my first hair trial. When I called to schedule a second appointment for a trial and told Sylvia this, she said that Gayle (the stylist that did my hair), had said that it was hard for her to do my hair, because I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted. Well, excuse me ... but I wanted a stylist who could help me figure out what would look BEST on me, with my type of hair! Gayle seemed really impatient with me during that first trial and she didn't really listen when I tried to describe what I wanted. Not surprisingly, I ended up not liking it. So, anyway ... I went back for a second hair trial. This time I did A LOT of research online and I took in a picture of a style I liked -- it looked like this girl had similar hair to mine. So, I go in, Gayle does my hair again ... and it looks nothing like the picture I brought in. In fact, it looked almost exactly like the first hair-do she did on me, just higher up on my head ... and much worse. Maybe this is the only hair-do she can do? I let them know that I was unhappy with my hair, but I was told that the reason I didn't like it was because my make-up wasn't done, and I didn't have my dress on. And that they get this all the time ... that brides are only happy with their hair once everything else is done up, too. Well... in my opinion, these brides who are telling them that, are trying to justify spending $55 on a hair-do that they absolutely hate on one of the best days of their lives. Because once I found my "right" stylist, I loved my hair, even though I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt for the trial! Also, Gayle told me that she couldn't possibly do my hair like the picture I brought in, because my hair was too different. Well, if that was the case, why didn't she say anything BEFORE SHE SPENT AN HOUR on my hair? I'm obviously upset, yet Sylvia made me pay $35 for this mess. After I left, I started crying. The next day, I called to cancel their services for my wedding and I asked for my money back. She said no problem, and that she would credit my credit card account with my deposit that same day. So, I checked my credit card account online later that afternoon and I discovered that not only did she not give me my deposit back, she also CHARGED me $45 for the second trial, not the $35 that she had told me and written on my receipt. When I tried to get that money back, she put up a huge fight. Sylvia said, "Oh, it's only $10, but I guess if it's that big of a deal to you, I guess I will refund it to your account." Well, that's when I flew off the handle. ONLY $10 DOLLARS?! Do you realize how many favors I could buy for $10?! Or I could buy a garter... or a pen for the guest book... Well, after a lot of phone calls and telling her that I wasn't afraid to report her to the Better Business Bureau, she finally refunded my entire deposit and the entire amount of the second hair trial. Oh, and while this is not that much of a big deal, it just added insult to injury ... my name is Jacquelyn and I've NEVER gone by Jackie, but yet every single time I saw her, talked on the phone with her, or had an email exchange with her, she called me Jackie. No matter how many times I reminded her that I do not go by Jackie, she STILL called me that - that's not very good customer service if you ask me.I ended up going with my stylist from the town I grew up in. She traveled 3 hours to do my hair, my mom's hair, and my sister's hair for my wedding. She only asked for $14 (charge for a normal hair cut) for the trial, and she looked at my pictures of things I liked and really worked with me to do something I'd be happy with, despite the fact that I have relatively difficult hair to work with.
