Joyride

Joyride is a nine-piece Michigan band from the mid-west that really appeals to a broad age range. Their ability to please even the most discriminating audience, regardless of age, has made JoyRide one of the most requested bands around. Their talent and versatility puts this band in a class of all their own. Complete with high-energy dance steps and a fantastic light show, the band performs powerful renditions of the Classics, Motown hits, many 50's & 60's favorites, as well as Disco, Top-Forty and all the current Hip-Hop Hits.

Whether it's a casino, corporate function, wedding, bar and/or bat mitzvah, trade show, nightclub, or a fundraising event you can be sure that your party will run smoothly and be the talk of all your guests for years to come. Friends and family will be talking about your wedding for years to come...from ages 10 to 90, we have music for everyone!

We will take the time to help you develop your itinerary and timeline for special events, specialty dances, announcements, and any other event during your reception. Our party package includes; DJ services, MC services, Pro Sound & Intelligent Stage Lighting, & Photography.

The one thing that really stands out about the band is their showmanship and fantastic interaction with the audience. Jimmie Roach, Anna Ruth, Harold Thomas, & Maria Rose are all the front vocalists in the group and are no strangers to the stage. They have appeared in and around the Detroit area in many shows and orchestras romancing audiences and pushing out standards and current hits with their silky smooth styling and focus on interacting with the audience. Every singer and musician is wireless, allowing them complete freedom to stroll and interact with your guests, whether it be during dinner or for dancing.

The rhythm section of Joyride is Marcus Devine on Keyboards, Ray Burton on Bass, Duane Huff on drums, David Reinstein on Tenor and Alto Saxophone, and Kyle Husted on keyboards,  drums, as well as the bands lighting & sound engineer.

Combined with the bands high level of musicianship, the front line of bands vocalist entertain audiences with their snappy choreography and unique vocal styles. Whatever the function, Joyride will provide an entertaining and unique experience for all!
