Montego Bay is where it all began. Chef Brown, a native of the beautiful island of Jamaica, began cooking at an early age. His love for the culinary arts led him to a successful career as a cook at many hotels, country clubs and restaurants, in Jamaica and the United States. Although he was in his loved profession, he felt that something was missing. Family and friends began to tell him he should open his own business.
Fenton’s Catering began in the year of 2000, and has been successful ever since. He serves only the best and freshest of Jamaican cuisine. His specialty is jerk chicken and ribs, which is a favorite of family, friends and clients.
